We offer a full refund within 60 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with loot.works Pro for any reason, contact us within 60 days of purchase and we will process a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

Email lootworks.goflip@gmail.com with the order ID from your Digistore receipt and a brief reason for the request. Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days and credited to the original payment method.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until that date.

Annual Plan Refunds

Annual plan refunds within the 60-day window are processed in full. Outside the 60-day window, annual plans are non-refundable for the remaining term. You can cancel future annual renewals at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Payment Processing

loot.works accepts payment through two processors. The processor handling your purchase depends on how you signed up:

Stripe purchases — If you purchased directly through loot.works, Stripe processes your payment. Refunds and subscription management are handled by loot.works (us) per the terms above.

Digistore24 purchases— If you purchased through an affiliate link or marketplace listing, Digistore24 Inc. processes your payment as the merchant of record. The Digistore24 terms of service also apply to your purchase and may provide additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. Refund requests for Digistore purchases are processed through Digistore's order management portal — typically faster than reaching out to us directly.

If you're unsure which processor handled your purchase, check the email confirmation you received — Stripe receipts come from stripe.com, Digistore receipts come from digistore24.com.
